Can somebody please tell me how to gain access into the control console?  I have more trouble with accessing Kenmore washers.  Did they do something new?  The end caps on the console don't seem to come off just by prying them.  I'm afraid that I'm going to break something.

I'm trying to access the pump and motor area and I believe that the clips are beneath the console for gaining access.

Thanks,

Wan
