FF at 40 but FR at 24. Condensor fan not working. 11v DC at J2 pins 5&8. Suspect fan took out board or vice versa. Seeking some confirmation before ordering board along with fan motor. OBTW, anyone got any suggestions on how to remove the old fan motor. This POS looks like it wasn't designed for replacement.

I have a Service Manual for the PDS20 (if you need it),

but doesn't mention how to remove the Fan, but shows the Wiring Diagram and the Fan connections
