Can I get a parts breakdown for the Ice maker section of this model.  I'm looking for the part # for the part that opens and closes ( I think it's a solenoid) that determines if you get whole ice cubes or crushed ice.

Is there a place that I can log onto for part breakdowns for Frigidaire / WCI products?

When I click on your parts manual link or the one at frigidaire.com nothing happens for either.  Just a blank screen.
