This refrigerator has the bottom mount freezer and french doors.  The left door on the refrigerator has the control panel for doing just about everything on the fridge.

  The problem is, when the compressor for the refrigerator starts the ice dispenser door (in the door)starts to open and close non stop and the temperature displays for the refrigerator and freezer blink on and off.  None of the buttons on the control panel do anything at all.  You can't dispense water or ice, the lights don't work,  and you can't get into the programing of the board.

But, (one time) when the compressor was not running everything on the control panel was working, water and ice dispensed, and the ice bin door was not opening and closing.  I thought that maybe it was in defrost at that time, but not sure.

I replaced the LV Board, and the key board and neither one solved the problem.

All of your input would be greatly appreciated.
