GE IM-6 Icemaker probs

I installed the IM-6 icemaker yesterday, and the ejector fingers rotated to about 9 oclock (looking from the module end), the feeler arm pulled in a little and that's where everything stopped. No water in the mold and no action for the last 24 hours. I put voltage directly to the water valve and it's ok, freezer temp is around 0, and the plug seems to still be connected. Any common screwups on one of these?  Cuzzin Sam

Haaa! Just when yall thought I couldn't get any dumber...I kinda hate to admit it but, when I put voltage directly to the water valve to check it, well, I didn't plug the wires back in, and everybody knows that M O O N spells no water, no ice, Laws yes.
