Which wires do I jump to see if non starting is themostat or farther down the line?

red,white.yellow.green.  My guess red,white??

usually:

Red       24v AC

White    Heat

Yellow   Cool

Green    Fan

Thanks . jumped it ,it works fine. now I will check the over engineered thermostat.
