I have a customer with a Dacor wall-oven model#ECS127SCH the customer put the oven into self-clean and destroyed the roller part of the rack and dis-colored the other two remaining racks.

I am having a hard time finding any info about dacor products.....does anyone out there have some part #'s for all of the oven racks for this model?
