Igniter glows, primary fires, secondary blower kicks on, and then poof.  No more flames, no heat.  Does this 4-5 times.  Did I mention I live in Michigan and its cold here 9 months a year?

The model number is GUIO070CA30 (The O after the I may be a D).  The input is 69000 BTU/Hr and its running on Natural Gas.

Is this the flame sensor?

Here is the Installation manual, troubleshooting starts on page 26. Be sure to check the fault code, it will point you in the right direction. 1 flash is ignition lockout which would be caused by a poor flame signal (dirty flame sensor) -
