Need repair manual for Whirlpool GR9FHMXPQ00

Freezer is frosting up, fridge not getting cold. I've vacuumed everything underneath and now want to check out freezer coils. I'm trying not to destroy the fridge in the process and would like to avoid high service charges by fixing it myself.

Am I forgetting something? If anyone is willing to point the way..please do.

I've only been able to find owner manuals for this fridge and they are NOT helpful in the least.
