I have a Bosch front Load washing machine that the door won't open on, so I can't tell you what the model # is.  What I can tell you is that it is less than 1 year old and is a 500 series. 

So far, I ran the washer through it's shortest cycle and when it was done it went back to the begining of the cycle, the time reset to 15 minutes, and the start button started flashing.  I unplugged the washer to see if that would reset something, and I pressed the pause button (which should allow me to open the door)  but nothing I've done releases the door. The door won't open with or without the door lock LED on.  Has anybody ran into this problem with a bosch FL washer?  Any feed back would be appreciated.
