the heat strips stay on even with therm. in off..........sequensors are good so is fan relay........

the sequensors may be good but there only used to kill one side of the 220v the other side is all ways connected and may be shorting to ground or to another element . disconnect all wires to all elements and check with ohm meter to ground and to each other
