This washer fills up will not agitate or spin,does pump(actually had 2 of these in one day,both less than 2 years old)I'm not familiar with these new GE's,can ya tell me what to check. And is there a repair manual for these as the Tech sheet is almost worthless.Thanx Dan

So none of this helped me. The washer does not have a computerized timer and it looks like they R no longer putting a clutch on the motor, I believe it's either the water level,timer or the schematic Shows a fuse that looks like it starts @ neutral and goes into contact #3 on the motor I'm assuming it's the fuse ?

Am I correct that theres a fuse going from neutral directly to the motor ? and where's it located. The one customer is close and I should be able to go by and replace it(or jump it out).

from the 31-9145 Service Manual above:

There is a non re-settable fuse, located in the motor harness along the right side of the cabinet.

If the fuse is open, agitate, spin, and mode shifting will not occur.

You need to verify that you have voltage at two points at the motor. You should have 120v between orange (line from lid switch) to white /red (neutral) and also from red/black (line) to the same white/red. If you have 120v at both these points the fuse is good, and if no LED you have a bad motor. Check it in spin with the pump running.
