Hi folks, hope yall had a nice holiday. I'm looking at my  - uh, I mean my wife's front loader and it won't spin. Drains fine but won't go into high speed spin. I did a diagnostic and it will go into spin there so the paperwork tells me to suspect the door lock assy.

Now comes the less brainy part - I took the bottom plate off, then the two screws for the bottom of the front cover and, uh, well, the bottom swings in and out but I can't figure out how to get the top loose. I'm suspecting a few screws under the controll panel but I can't get that off either. I found a couple of screws on the left side under the detergent compartment and took them out but that didn't seem to loosen anything up so...here I am again asking dumb questions...and on a holiday too.

Thanks Reg, that was quite usefull although I mauled my controll panel clips a little when I got kinda rough pulling it out. I unplugged and replugged the 3 connectors on the door lock assy, put it all back together and it seems to be a happy machine again so maybe just a bad connection.

Thanks again for all of your help, Cuzzin Sam
