LB White Model # AB200CHP3 heats off and on?

LB White Model # AB200CHP3 heats off and on? It has been in our barn for several years. The propane ran out last week while running. Tank was refilled and since then heat blows for a a minute or 2 and then blows cold and then sounds like it is amping up again and blows warm(not hot) for another minute then cold. Ignitor does stay lit and was replaced less than 6 months ago. Pic attached of unit.

Must be the old contaminated flame sensing probe. Did you try sanding that off? That box on the side must contain the brains of that puppy.
