I'm about to replace the glass-top on this puppy and was hoping there might be some diagrams or parts explosion views that would help me get into it... (without breaking it more)

From the parts page i'm hoping it's just the control panel retainers #35x4 and not the whole console assembly #16. The lip of the control panel definitely goes over the glass.
