I had a brain fart and cannot remember how to put  the I/M into forced harvest....The complaint was no ice, checked the I/M, mold had 1/2 size cubes,  checked the water valve,  O.K. ( water filled the i/m mold )  turned unit off then on, held the full lever back, closed the door switch and nothing.....I went to go and look at their dryer and as I was closing up the tool bag I heard the i/m harvest Strange, I thought,  maybe the thermostat in the i/m just need more water to make a harvest cycle start.... Customer called last night and no more ice harvest............... I'm thinking new I/M.............Do not have a service manual for this unit will get one soon............................

What error are you seeing a MediaFire, Reg? And which manuals are you having trouble downloading? Lemme know and I'll check it out.
