Should I get 120v between 3 & 5 j-11a ? If I do i'm guessing the logic board and if I don't what should I check next ?

Do you have the tech sheet? Should be one in the unit. If you can't find it, let us know and we can post one for you. You'll need it.

If you're not getting 120vac at the J11A:3-5, check the door switch.

Can you put the unit in diagnostic mode?

The schematic I have is almost illegible ; maybe Reg or someone can post a better version.

Door switch is first thing I checked, I'll check for the 120 today at the customers house.if I don't get it I'll follow the signal through the switch to the relay board. I do have the tech sheet and can put the unit into diagnostic mode.I did while I was at the customers house the first time.Didn't get any fault codes. But the diagnostic mode is very confusing so I'm not sure I did it right.

same schemo I have ...  :ooo:

Controller J11 Pin 3 is normally 120v, and connected to Neutral when the Door is closed.

Signal doesn't go to the Relay Board.
