Electrolux wall oven EQ30EW55GS repair manual needed

Have the 30" wave touch wall oven- probe was intermittent, now non functional.  Displays 170 degrees when plugged in, oven goes quickly to hold warm.

Use this frequently for Chicken and Turkey, not sure if the probe is bad or the jack.
