the customer says it washes fine but it won't drain , all lights will blink and it doesn't drain. she says once in a while it will complete cycle and drain. she also said she leaves the door closed and a few weeks later  she hears a noise and its the d/w starting to drain. sometimes she gets mad and bangs the door and it will drain. i'm thinking something loose on the board or touchpad stuck. unit is 5yrs old. canadian model . thanks.any help would be appreciated.
