I thought i needed the 690 manual but i misread the model number and its really the 680/F. Serial number is P1541352. The area i'm looking for is the water and ice thru the door feature on the refrigerator door. I can't find this in the 600 series manual. Are there different manuals or are they the same? Sorry for the confusion. thanks for your help and patience..

did you check the 600-1 Addndm & PARTS.pdf manual ?

I went thru the manual (both). I am dumbfounded. I cannot find anything on diagnosing or removal of the water thru the door feature on the 680.

did you see the wiring diagtrams for the 680 ?

It looks like you'd have to test for the signals at the Ice Dispense Control Board

thanks, i'm trying to figure out how to get to that board and to be able to remove it.

Where do I find the manual for the 680?  I'm looking for the wiring diagram.
