Thermador built in oven SC301TS Tech info

Hi

I am a service tech, and couldn't find any documentation for a customers

built in Thermador oven.  Model: SC301TS Serial:20100055.

Any tech.sheets/wiring diagrams/repair manual, is appreciated.

None of the parts are available anymore, but i need to diagnose it.

what problem are you having ?

The oven doesn't show any sign of life at all. No lights, no response from

keypad..etc..

there is power going into main control board (240V).

But nothing coming out i guess, that's the reason i need wiring sheet, or

tech sheet.

Some other tech came out before and what i'm told is that he changed the board/clock and the wiring harness from that board to the touchpanel board.

The original complaint of the owner was , that is showed and  FC error code.

When i arrived there the unit was dead already...so i couln't see any error code.

i'm suspecting the main control board to be bad, but need to be sure.

This is a home warranty company customer and the warranty company expects

a diagnosis from me.

hi can I have this pmed to me too please? I don't know what pmed is but I need this manual, had an interesting person come in and remove all wires and I have not wiring schematic to put things back...
