Hey thanks for the Tech Sheet. I was trying to get the manual so i can figure out how to take apart the door dispenser area that houses the dispenser motor on these WP or KA refrigerators. I need to check to see why its not working. Switches are all ok motor just hums like its stuck. Gonna have to access that motor in the door.

open the freezer door and look under the shelp where the dispenser would be, there should be a removable window to access the motor.

Ok i will check that.. I never did see that door but right under the dispenser that collects the ice, after removing it right where the gear is is a plastic housing, i was thinking it comes apart? Is this what your refering too?

nope, lower than that..under that housing before the next door bin
