It's a no heat problem. I just wanted to go over the dissasembly procedure before I look at it.

first thing to check is to make sure the unit is getting 220 VAC at the power cord terminal block. i will post you detailed tear down instruction tomorrow.

Thanks but I already tore into it and found the heating element broken.
