Sure spin bearing is bad, but cannot get tub off after removing 4 bolts. Do I need a special tool to remove the tub, or is it just 'stuck' on like I have read in some posts? I am not sure it is worth fixing if more replacement parts are needed as well, as the agitator which looks to be non-repairable- must buy new agitator for approx. $55. Ouch!  I know the tub seal must be leaking as there are stains under the tub and sprayed inside the cabinet. So I am not sure what all parts I may need. The washer makes a very loud grinding noise on the spin cycle, doesn't always spin completely-doesn't complete the spin cycle, and the clothes do not get clean.

Thanks to the service manual you sent, I was able to figure it all out. Because of the cost of all the parts I needed as well as the 200# brake spring tool- over $200- I ended up buying a new W&D set(Both brand new on Craigslist for $400). Thanks again for your website and help you have provided-Invaluable!!!!!!! Beer fund money forthcoming.
