      All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological: bidness, customers, tools, troubleshooting, flavorite brewski, whatever. Webcams and microphones are open and live!
      This workshop is also a great time for any students at Master Samurai Tech to bring any and all questions about the coursework. We're happy to walk through any concepts you're having trouble with. Think of it like office hours with your teachers.
      As part of this workshop, we'll talk through a couple of case studies troubleshooting computer-controlled appliances.

I don't want to put a damper on your attempt to repair this unit, but Regency went out of business almost 10 years ago and most of the parts are no longer available. 

 The most common problem with these units is that the timer and the wiring harness would get burnt, thus needing a timer and a complete wiring harness.

Regency went out of bidness a while back and their service info is scarce. The few times I have had to deal with Regency I called them at 800-767-3436, fax 480-998-7877, which is the Regency part and service center. The gentleman I spoke to was Jerry and he knew the product pretty well.

Thank you, Samurai.  Happily, I was able to leave a voice mail on that 800 number, and now await a call back.  I'll say 'hi' to Jerry for you if I talk to him ;)
