Dual zone vent system damage Where to even start???

I'm not sure what info to give you to start with this one...

A destructive individual cut a hole into my vent system and one of the controllers for the dual zone heat was rewired (and the other broken).

I have no doubt that I can fix these things with instructions, but since I have no idea what to even show you, I will post the pics that I took so far.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry that I don't have more to say in the moment.
