Bosch compact frontload WAS20160UC/01 or /20

Anybody have any service info on these?  Only document in the unit is a diagram with german writing and component symbols - when the machine is started just goes "beep-beep-beep" - got sent there with an electronic module, but instinct tells me the door lock may be at fault - tried swapping the electronic for kicks, very confusing programming procedure !  same result with new electronic
