Water fills tub, controls switch clicks and humming sound at motor. motor getting current. after time tub will drain same thru out all cycles.

Ah, the infamous Point Voyager design.  If you're lucky, it's just something stuck in the mascerator blade (item #6).  If you're less than lucky, the wash motor is burned out.  In this case, you would replace the entire motor/pump assembly--  not a bad job, about 3 mugs on the SUDS-o-meter.
