Customer complaint of erradic operation. Found reffer temp @ 42, display shows 37, set for 37 /  frezzer temp @ 5 , shows 5 set @ 1 /

Customer also complains of low water flow to dispensor / Has good inlet pressure at the supply valve but not @ dispensor. New filter was just installed so I told him Id order and replace the water valve.

He also says veggies tend to freeze in the veggie bin.

Tried the Samurai's test for defrost heater ( jumper DEFR to Line) and got the heaters to come on, but the compressor still runs at same time. Thought the unit should go into normal defrost with only heaters and no fans or compressor. Heaters stop instantly when jumper is pulled

Customer says he has frozen water sometimes on the back panel which seems to come from the ice maker area and flows down to the base.

All fans seem to run and unit overall seems good.

Any thoughts before I get myself in too deep?
