Grasshoppers may no longer start new topics in the Suggestion Box

Well, it was a noble experiment: allow all participants here at the Samurai School to make suggestions for its improvements. Problem was that Grasshoppers kept coming along and starting appliance topics here. They just aren't familiar enough with The School to give them that kind of access. So, to submit a new suggestion here, you need to be Apprentice or above. Saaaweee!

john63: "What's the problem that you're having?"

Customer: "I don't know,it's not working right".

john63: "Can you elaborate more?"

Sadly---this conversation is not a hypothetical scenario...

It's the same way in the Automotive Service industry from which I was forcibly retired by disability. "I can't describe it, but ever since you worked on it, it just doesn't seem right ".

Trust me Gentlemen (and ladies), it's in any repair industry. Working in computers you see this very often, and there are many things that can cause it to "not work right." The sad part is when you do a search and destroy for trying to find problems, you'll find lots and none of it will resolve their issue.
