jenn-air range JES9800BAS

Hi folks, this range has some working buttons on the control panel and some on extended un-employment. I tried running diagnostics but the buttons I needed for that aren't working of course. I unplugged and replugged everything a couple of times with no success, so I'm thinking either the touchpad ain't speaking to the board, or the board just ain't listening - and right here at Christmastime too. So, my highly experienced friends, which one would you guess first? Nobody can bake me any holiday cookies without an oven. Thanks, Sam
