After using some online tools, it appears that I need a 50 Gallon capacity, 40,000 BTU/Hour minimum sized.

Any brand or model preference?

I was hoping to lay my hands on a Bradford White product, but alas, they don't sell direct to consumers....

I'm not a Water Heater master, but a few questions ...

Gas or Electric ?

Have you considered a tankless ?

may depend on (city temperature) location
