Kenmore (Whirlpool) Oasis HE washer 110.27062601 tech sheet

I have a Kenmore Oasis washer Model # 110.27062601 that starts to work but stops after about 2 minutes of operation. The fill valve opens and water is entering the washer, but after 2 minutes it stops filling and just sits there. If I push the stop button once, the door should unlock so I could add more clothes, but it doesn't unlock. I push the stop button a second time and all of the lights go out, water doesn't drain and door doesn't unlock. After a couple of minutes go by the door eventually unlocks, but water still sits in the tub.

Can I get the the tech sheets for this model? And, if you have any thoughts on this problem they sure would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Wan

It must have been a loose connection in the control panel. I checked all of the connections (which seemed good) and put the washer back together and it has been working good since. :thanks:

Thanks for your help,

Wan
