Well, it's me again. This unit is a LT350RXD1. The washer is dead in the water other than the door buzzing if I try to turn the timer on with the door open, and my dumb...ok, dumbest question of today is - how do I get the front panel off so I can figure out what's wrong? I took the bottom cover off, found two screws at the bottom of the door section of the front panel, and couldn't figure how to get it any further. The bottom would pull out slightly but something at the top is still holding so go ahead, insult my limited inteligence and make my day please - how does it come off? Thanks again folks, Sam

Am I seeing what I think I'm seeing-- a vintage 80's White-Westinghouse washer? If that's what it is, I didn't think you could even get parts for these beasts anymore. Gawd, I hated those machines!

You don't wanna take that front panel off unless you really, really, REALLY have to. Much easier to take off the top cover. You can get to most of the control guts from there. I used to love it when they'd have these washers stuffed into a closet with a permanently installed dryer mounted on top of it. :pinch:

Haa, although it isn't stuffed in a closet, it does have a dryer on top. I was actually kinda hoping parts weren't available so I wouldn't have to unstack it. Thanks for the help, Cuz
