Washing M

Make: Electrolux

Model: EIFLW55HIW

When I press on the detergent dispenser drawer button (part#137011110), I expect it to open, not just unlock, but it doesn't. Is there a spring that is missing? Do I replace the drawer? Or, the guide part; or housing?

I didn't want to order parts and not have it be what I thought it was.

Thanks,

EOS

I p/m'd you the service manual, I had a battle with one of those one day, and the little cylinder which contains the spring loaded latch had come apart at the back end, after trying all sorts of measures to get it to work, I called to order some parts - The orderer told me that the drawer comes as an assembly and that's what was ordered. Sadly i am unable to tell you if that was the fix as the call was dispatched to someone else, and I never did find out what became of it
