I got a call from a lady saying her washer quits in mid cycle and shows code E3. Says she restarts and sometimes finishes sometimes not. Any thougts before I run the call?

E3 Machine control is attempting to drive the motor but is not seeing any tach response.

Visual check shows motor is not moving. (Locked, Hall Sensor fault).
