Any help with this manual would be appreciated. This is a Maytag Precision Smooth Top 800 Electronic Control stove.

what type of problem are you having ?

Going out tomorrow morning. Customer complaining that control works sometimes and sometimes not. He can be baking something or cooking on top and in about 30 minutes, the whole unit shuts down. I'm assuming right now that the ERC is slowly going out or some type of loose connection. It's in the country so I'm trying to gether as much info as I can. Thanks,

the oven is going off and the bake light is going off and on after about thirty minutes. I getting a difference of about 50 degrees between my 2 temp gauges and the oven being set at 355 degrees for past 30 minutes. My gauges are reading 305
