Having problems with the frige randomly warming up. The top of the inside becomes warm to the touch AND the light stops workking. It gets better, inclding the light, after I open and close the door and mess with the switches. Weird.

Sounds like the light may be staying on causing the compartment to warm up. Usually, this is caused by bad door hinges.

I've PMed you the service manual for the SubZero 500 series refrigerators which should hepya assess the hinges.
