Yep, F3H is the humidity sensor. There's a rigamarole to follow for this fault listed in the tech sheet, which I've PMed you.

domo.. I see the rigamarole, they left out the part about putting your whole head in, and taking your whole head out....

For others coming along later reading this, the F3H rigamarole:

1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.

2. Connect a new sensor to the board (at P3).

3. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.

4. If problem persists:

■ Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.

■ Replace power supply board.

5. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.
