Unit has power to drive power board. Fuse is blown. Capacitor on drive power board appears to have blown. Can't find a replacement fuse at the moment so wrapped with foil. I know, I know DUMB but it indicated something wrong other than motor going/gone bad because neither fan or the compressor tried to start. Would blown capacitor on board keep both fan motors from coming on??

If your fuse is blown none of the relays will be powered. Nothing will work.
