Checking a washer that was taking excessively long in wash. The customer complained the washer spent more than 15 minutes at "00:01" on the timer. One other customer complaint: when washing towels, the customer informed me that the product would register "SUDS," but none were present.

When I checked the washer onsite, I noticed two things: 1.) the washer wouldn't, and still won't, weigh the clothes; 2.) the pump operated very rattly (sorry for no audio/video; no iPhone). Upon putting the it into service mode, the clothes washer displayed NO error codes, successfully performing every function. The tech sheet offers no assistance in pulling error codes; any tips?

While awaiting your replay, I am putting the washer into "HEAVY" with towels, and am asking the customer to see if it again displays "SUDS."

Domos in advance,

The Red Grasshoppa
