Customer wants freezer seal replaced, and this fridge doesn't have the .25" screws underneath the seal around the door. I don't want to be fumbling like a ignoramous.

service manual that uses the same Gasket has no info on replacing it

This is one of the newer models that have the FIP, (Foamed-in-Place), door liners attached to outer door panel, (inner plastic and outer metal door only available as a complete unit).

I found an instruction sheet on this style of gasket replacement once, (don't know where), but I seem to remember you have to carefully wedge the plastic panel away from the main outer door with a putty knife breaking the foam sealing around the edges to pull the old gasket out. Then slide the new gasket back under the edges of the plastic inner door liner just like you would on a normal style with screws. If I remember correctly it seems like maybe the kit also came with a bunch of 1/4" screws that you would screw thru the plastic liner and into the the metal outer door skin to hold the plastic liner down, thus holding the new door gasket in place.

I've never had to replace one of these yet but started looking into what is involved or if the gaskets were even replaceable when I started seeing these units in Sears and noticed that there were no screws holding the gasket in place.
