Washer agitates and pumps out. But wont spin. The lid switch is good and I ran it with the cover off. Can see the motor turning and the clutch area is also in motion. The inner tub wont turn no mater how hard I try. Need a little advise on this one. It's a rental property and customer is hard on the appliances. :thanks:

sounds like the brakes aren't releasing or the cam has broken.

Going to have to take the tranny out and put some eyeballs on it.
