I already found this repair parts diagram on the web but appreciate the response. This forum is great. I successfully repaired a Kenmore direct drive washer a year ago with its help and it was the first time I ever worked on a washing machine.

Now I have to fix this dishwasher and I've never worked on one of those before either-- I don't even know how they work.

Do you think anyone would be able to recommend a repair manual for a different but similar model? This would be EXTREMELY helpful!!!

If not then I'm willing to buy a commercially available repair manual. If I have to do that I could use good advice on the best to buy. While I do not have much experience with appliances I have a fair amount of diagnostic/repair experience with cars/boats so as far as level of book to get I'd rather get a good thorough guide and pay more for technician's grade if the right thing is out there...then again maybe a cheapo that only covers dishwashers will get me through this for now.
