Help on an oven

So this oven has a good element, good high limit. and voltage going in to the circuit board, but no voltage coming out. Oven sensor is brand new.

Bottom oven not working, the top oven and stove top work

I need help determining if it's the circuit board, or the membrane with the buttons. I see no burns or bad spots on either.

Can I get a hint?

Steven

BTW, this guy is really poor, and I cringe when I see that the control switch and membrane are each about $300!

If the Hi-limit is good, then it's either the TouchPanel or Controller

Does the TouchPad work / display / accept Commands ?

Yes it does. And it acts like it thinks the oven is on.

Sounds like the ERC would be the problem then, not the touchpad.

Have you pulled the ERC out and opened it up to inspect the relay solder joints on the back of the board? Good chance you will find some bad solder joints and a little work with a solder iron will fix it up instead of a $300 new part.

Great. Thanks I'll do that! Worth a shot anyway, right?
