SANTA Posted August 6, 2011 Author Posted August 6, 2011 It's definately not a Kitchenaid. The customer was reading from 2 different installation manuals. The complaint was that the dishwasher was just installed but it wasn't cleaning the dishes. After looking it over I informed him (trying not to smile too big) that the detergent doesn't go in the rinse aid dispenser.
