I have a GE monogram M#zisw42emb  a s/b/s that was a no cool a few weeks ago. This was due to a locked condenser fan motor. Replace motor, and few weeks later unit is no cool again. The compressor is running(not very hot) all fans are working as well. With the addition of 414(hot shot) the system was flooded( this was due to the large Ice block on the suction side of the compressor) after  evacuating some of the 414 and the ice bloc melted off the unit is 48 degrees in the freezer and room temp in the fridge. Any suggestion on what might be the problem? Also there was a initial infusion of a leak stop  (r12 type)additive put in by another tech (he left the can in the back of the unit) I was thinking of evacuating the system and recharging the system all with 414. any ideas of where to go next.:?

Based on all the abuse and hacks you've described having been done to this system, this is a necessity at this point just to get back to a known baseline from which to evaluate the system.
