I have a customer who is getting a suds and F35 error on this washer. I went there got the same, went through checking what the tech sheet said put it through all diagnostic modes. It went through with flying colors. And seemed to work right after that, even finishing one whole normal cycle. After that suds and F35 came back. I'm perplexed as to what's exactly wrong with this washer (besides being computerized lol) I think it's the water level. Help please.......Dan

Your customer has been trying to save shekels by using non-HE detergent-- that's what causes this problem. The added suds get into the analog pressure switch and gunk it up. There's a national backorder on the OEM replacement analog pressure switch. There's a another switch that works identically but requires some modification, it's all explained here ==>

They said they were using HE but who knows ..

who knows if they even know what you're talking about...

maybe look around or ask to see the detergent even before mentioning HE
