When you try to start this dryer the light light up but nothing happens.  I'm thinking its the control board(user interface according to Whirlpool).  what should the ohm reading be on the thermister on the blower housing at room temp.  Any help would be great.

The thermistor works very similar to an oven sensor, so should have about 1K ohms at room temp.

Try to enter diagnostic mode, here's the job aid on this dryer.

Duet Dryer Manual, if the dryer is dead might want to check the thermofuse on the vent housing or the door switch first?
