Blower Motor On & Off Kenmore Dryer model # 110.67092600

I have a Kenmore Dryer Mod. 110.67092600 that was giving me a F40 code when I started. I found that it was a communications error and to check the connections between the control boards. I did that, reassembled, and test the operation. The F40 code went away, and the dryer heats up, but the blower motor starts and stops through out the drying cycle. Is this normal operation, and does the machine control board operate this?

Thanks,

Wan

Is this Whirlpool's answer to the LG/GE Harmony dryer?
